• It is advised that you check your insurance policy regarding coverage of therapy services 

• Once you complete intake paperwork, we will check eligibility with your insurance company

• If prior authorization is required, we will submit necessary documentation and await authorization.

  • Visits will only be scheduled after authorization has been received. 

  • ​This may take several days and sometimes several weeks after the initial evaluation. 

• Billing will be submitted to your insurance company following each visit 

• Co-pays will be due at the beginning of each session

• You are responsible for any balances not covered by your insurance company. 

• If we are not credentialed with your insurance provider please look at our fee-for service options. We will be happy to either provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance, or we will submit on your behalf for reimbursement to be sent directly to you. 

• If you have a child with complicated medical needs, your insurance company may offer you a case manager if you ask for one. This gives you a direct point of contact and someone who will advocate for you within the insurance company.
