We are working on collecting equipment that will be available for families to check out (without charge) on a temporary basis. If you have equipment you are no longer using and would like to donate to the closet please contact us.

Checkout Guidelines:
1. if you are working with a therapist who manages your equipment needs, please speak with them prior to contacting us to ensure that they recommend use of the piece of equipment you are interested in.
2. Either you or your therapist can contact us to check availability of the item.
3. Items can be checked out for up to 6 weeks at a time.
4. You will be responsible for picking up and dropping off the equipment.
5. All equipment must be cleaned prior to returning it. We will sanitize it upon return.
